Delegations: Rules of participation
Congratulations for being chosen as a member from the official delegation of your country to participate in ESI AMLAT 2008 World Fair of Science and Technology. On the following instructions there is defined the role of the exhibitors and adults during your stay at the fair. Please check the following information seriously, because in this fair it will also be an important issue the behaviour of the delegation, both inside and outside the fair.
1. Keep continuous communication between the delegations. The exhibitors must know where to find a responsible adult during the event days.
2. The exhibitors must wear formal attire (suit and tie) for the days of the fair. For the opening ceremony and closure you must wear also a suit.
3. The exhibitors and watchers must be in their own rooms and be there before midnight. The responsible of the delegation must bring the report at the entrance and exit of the finalists at the hotel reception.
4. The exhibitors cannot have any strange people in their rooms.
5. The adults can not have any access to the exposition room during the evaluation hours, and not represent the students during the public visit.
6. The exhibitors and adults have the compromise to assist to all the programmed events during the fair days.
7. Be on the scheduled time to have the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
8. The responsible adult must assure that the rules are respected.
If you don’t consider all these indications, there will take measures in the evaluation until the disqualification of the project.
